Fairfax Urgent Care is now offering Telehealth visits – or video visits – scheduled appointments conducted via video for both established and new patients. Patients benefit by remaining in the safety of their homes and may receive consultations from both primary care and specialty providers.
While we understand that some medical conditions require an in person visit to the clinic, we will do our best to serve you with a virtual visit.

What is a Virtual Visit?
Video visits assist with the management of a wide range of chronic medical concerns, such as hypertension, lung disease, weight management and depression. Some other conditions that can be addressed over video include skin rashes, pink eye, lumps and even a sore throat. In cases of back pain or muscles spasms, the provider can see where the patient is having pain and evaluate the range of motion.
Specialists are also able to see new consults by video to address new diagnoses.
Our schedulers are specially trained to help patients set up a Telehealth visit. A family member or caregiver may also participate in the visit to ensure that all the questions are answered, and instructions are understood.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes an appointment is needed. For quicker services, fill out the new patient forms online.
- Your consent to receive medical treatment from Fairfax Urgent Care (and your other rights and responsibilities);
- Your agreement to receive services using telehealth technology; and
- Your agreement to pay in full any charges that are your responsibility.
